Monthly/Seasonal: Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles)

Sukkot is celebrated on the fifteenth day of Tishrei which occurs in late September to late October. It lasts seven days and is followed by Shemini Atzeret or The Last Great Day. Sukkot is named after sukkah, a structure which represents the structures the Israelites used in the 40 years of wandering in the desert after the Exodus.
